What is the Class C? It’s just one type of recreational vehicle and while there aren’t so many that one or two of them should get lost in the shuffle, somehow Class C claims this spot. Somehow many consumers overlook the very existence of the Class C.
Defining characteristics of the Class C motorhome include: smaller design, greater fuel economy, increased ease of handling, cutaway van chassis construction, etc. Known as the mini-motorhome, this is not only a fantastic option for the first time RVer, but a much more mobile and easily maneuvered RV for those who are not traveling with a crowd and feel the need to cut back on gas costs.
Check out these Class C RV tales from the road:
Eliza M. of San Antonio, TX said, “My mini motorhome gets me everywhere I want to go. I love how easy it is to get in and out of parking lots and gas stations. My girlfriends all turn to me when we want to go on a girls trip because they don’t feel comfortable driving their bigger motorhomes without their husbands. And I love it.”
Rick S. of Phoenix, AZ said, “I actually started out with a Class A and while it was great fun for the one time a year when we went on vacation with my 2 brothers, their wives and their kids…for the most part we had too much space and were spending way too much on gas. So we downsized to the Class C and we’ve never been happier. Now we can take short road trips in comfort without feeling like we are wasting space on the road!”
Preston M. of Provo, UT said, “I’ll admit that I’m usually a bigger is better type of guy, but the Class C just seemed like such a perfect solution to the ridiculous gas prices of the past several years. It’s just me and my wife and our two kids and the Class C is just perfect for us. We’re saving money while we get out and do all the things that have been on our list for years.”
